Professional art therapy services in Singapore for adolescents and adults, in both individual and group settings. A safe, supportive way to explore emotions, navigate challenging experiences, and reconnect with yourself through the creative process.

Who I Am

My name is Svetlana (Lana) Fedotova.

I am an art psychotherapist, based in Singapore, working with adolescents and adults both in person and online. I offer a supportive environment where clients can express themselves beyond words through the creative process.

Having lived in four different countries, as well as my experience as a parent and my former career in finance, allows me to understand and relate to the personal and professional pressures many clients face.

What is Art Therapy?

Art Therapy is an evidence-based practice combining creative expression with psychological support.

At Inner Colours, I offer guided art-making sessions, where we can explore your inner world and develop tools for emotional regulation in a safe, supportive space.

No artistic experience is needed- just a willingness to be open to the process.

Sometimes, what feels hardest to put into words, can be expressed and gently released through creativity.
