How It Works
In our sessions I use a range of materials and techniques such as painting, clay and collage, while focusing on the process, rather than the result.
Together we can reflect on the experience: what has emerged? What did it feel like? What might it represent?
Art therapy with me can support:
emotional expression and regulation
processing adverse experiences and trauma
reducing anxiety and stress
building resilience and coping skills
strengthening sense of identity / self-esteem
My Approach
My style integrates art psychotherapy with elements of psycho-education and mindfulness.
I aim to balance gentle guidance with creative freedom, adapting each session to the
individual’s/ group needs
